How to Use a Gift Card

Once received, the gift card holder calls or texts 702.843.6612 to book their appointment. We'll apply the gift card balance at scheduling.

Gift cards never expire. Screenings are available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday in Las Vegas.
One-time use
Each gift card covers one full screening visit. Balances are tracked by Square — unused balances remain on the card indefinitely.
