Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (svscreenings.com) or booking a screening with Signal View Screening Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Nature of Our Services

Signal View Screening Services provides preventative ultrasound screenings performed by highly trained and experienced sonographers. It is important to understand:

• • Our screenings are preventative in nature and are not a substitute for a comprehensive medical diagnosis.
• • Screening results should be reviewed with your personal physician or healthcare provider for clinical interpretation and follow-up care.
• • Our services do not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Signal View Screening Services.
• • No screening is 100% accurate. Some conditions may not be detected by ultrasound screening alone.

Booking & Appointments

• • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon booking.
• • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• • Late arrivals may result in a shortened screening time or the need to reschedule.

Payment Terms

• • All payments are processed securely through Square at the time of booking.
• • Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
• • Our screenings may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Please check with your plan administrator.
• • We do not bill insurance directly. We are a self-pay screening service.

Gold Standard Mobile Service

Our Gold Standard package includes mobile screening at your location within the Greater Las Vegas metro area. Scheduling is subject to sonographer availability. We will coordinate with you to find a mutually convenient time. Locations must provide a safe, accessible space for the screening to be performed.

Screening Results

• • Screening reports are typically delivered within 48 hours of your appointment.
• • Gold Standard package results include interpretation signed by a board-certified physician.
• • We strongly recommend sharing your results with your primary care provider for any necessary follow-up.

Limitation of Liability

Signal View Screening Services provides screening services to the best of our ability using qualified sonographers and hospital-grade equipment. However, we make no guarantees regarding the detection of all conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the screening package purchased. We are not liable for any decisions made based on screening results without consultation with a licensed physician.
